RYVEN Studios (“we”, “us”) runs this website. This page explains what information we collect through it, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. If anything here is unclear, email hello@ryvenstudios.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into one of our forms:
- Contact and project enquiries — your name, email and message, and, if you choose to give them, your company, the service you’re interested in, a budget range, a deadline and a reference link.
- Job applications — your name, email, the role you’re applying for, a portfolio link, your CV (as a PDF) and anything else you write in the form.
- Medical credentialing enquiries — your name, email and details about your practice, such as provider type, specialty and the states you work in. We ask you not to send Social Security, tax ID, NPI or bank details through the website.
To stop spam, our server briefly keeps a count of form submissions per internet address. That count is held in memory only, is never written to our database, and is cleared after ten minutes.
What we don’t do
- We don’t use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies on this website.
- We don’t sell, rent or trade your information.
- We don’t add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to you, to prepare a quote or proposal you asked for, to consider your job application, and to keep a record of our conversation with you. When you submit a form we may send you an email confirming that it reached us.
Where it’s kept and who can see it
Form submissions and CVs are stored in our website’s database and file storage with our hosting provider. Emails are sent and received through our email provider. Only the RYVEN Studios team can see your submissions, through a password-protected admin panel. We share information with a third party only where we need to in order to deliver work you’ve asked for, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and applications for as long as we need them to work with you or to consider you for a role, and delete them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@ryvenstudios.com and we’ll reply within one working day.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
